YOUR NEW ROLE

As the new Supervisor you will be responsible for the

* Scheduling of Client and Carer rosters.
* Perform client needs assessments, risk assessments, reviews, Carer
introductions, Carer spot checks and prepare care plans.
* Support the Assistant Manager(s) and the Management Team in their
functions.
* Contribute to and foster an inclusive, positive collaborative team
culture.
* Supervising Team Leaders and Carers in their roles.
* Respond to client and carer concerns appropriately and
efficiently.
* Emergency call outs and back up care giving when necessary.
* Out of hours on call support on a rostered basis

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

* Minimum of two years? experience working in the home care sector.
* Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support, or equivalent,
and working towards achieving a relevant QQI level 6 award
* Scheduling experience in a relevant sector.
* Scheduling experience in a home care setting is an advantage.
* Full Clean Driver?s Licence.
* MS Office Proficient.
* Minimum of one year?s experience working in an administrative
support position within a busy dynamic office environment.
* Experience and understanding in the provision of a professional
service to clients.
* Experience of working with confidential information.
* Customer care experience.
